It's a Sphero crystallization of a trigonal rhombohedral, smaller crystal system. These are not your typical Salrose or Cobaltoan Dolomite as the cobalt dominant end member, Spherocobaltite carries significantly higher cobalt content, producing that deep, saturated magenta red to intense raspberry color that immediately sets it apart.
